Working with a certified Holistic Nutritionist to craft a customized diet can improve your overall wellbeing in many ways. Go beyond a fad diet to design a personalized plan that will get you to your goals. A CHN can spot deficiencies and help navigate food allergies/sensitivities. Manage chronic disease, overcome fatigue, increase strength, weight loss, and perhaps most importantly develop a healthy relationship with food for life!
Cancellation Policy
All purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable. For late class reservations & cancelations please call 954-807-3077 and leave a message OR email realhuman@theomspot.com. Any no-shows may be subject to fees and/or suspension of booking permissions. For precision training/private sessions we adhere to a 12 hour cancellation policy. All late session cancellations or no-shows will be deducted in full from your package. We will always do our best to accommodate your re-schedule requests but only if it's available on the same business day as your original session.
